Over the years, his many clients have included Hewlett-Packard, Aetna Life and Casualty, World Airways, Data Central, IBM, Merrill Lynch, Anderson Consulting and The Healthcare Financial Management Association. Dr. Merron has designed and led more than 100 seminars and workshops on organizational behavior and management. He received his doctorate in education from Harvard University, where his studies spanned the fields of human and organizational development.
